I am sitting in gratitude as I reflect on my experience at the retreat. From the moment I arrived to Mixto, this incredible haven of nature and beauty, I was able to disconnect from my daily life and truly be in the moment. I was able to open up and connect to my inner self while feeding from the beautiful energy we created together as a group of amazing women. We were led by the wise and incredible Concetta and Ana, who guided us with intention and love as we traversed our wounds, healed and gained our power across our maiden, mother and crone. I left feeling lighter, renewed and closer to my true authentic self. Thank you Ana and Concetta and all of the staff at Mixto for giving me this beautiful gift.

The MMM retreat is a thoughtfully and lovingly curated exploration of the feminine self. It is an expansive spiritual experience that invites introspection, connection, and transformation. It is medicine for the soul that leaves you inspired and aligned with your inner truth. It is a safe space, physically and emotionally, to work through the stuck points in your life while being tenderly held by nature and a community of incredible women. I could not possibly recommend it more highly.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Mother, Maiden, Matriarch retreat to anyone seeking to deepen their connection with themselves and embark on a path of healing. It is an experience that will resonate deeply within you, just as it has within me. Thank you, Concetta and Ana, for creating such a magical space for transformation.

The Retreat was absolutely amazing. I really didn’t know what any of that was going to mean but I knew if Concetta was a part of it that it was going to be great. I thought I would keep to myself a little and have some good experiences but it was so much more. I have never felt such collective healing before, it was so beautiful for me to be a part of. The women there became like family in such a short amount of time. Like we were old souls reunited to help heal our wounds. The group meditations and the group exercises we did were so powerful in my healing journey and helped me release some things I hadn’t even known I needed to. Concetta and Ana did an incredible job of holding space for us and making us all feel so at ease. Their spiritual gifts will forever be appreciated. The location was also magical, it felt like our own little cocoon of love and protection away from the world. A place where you could feel the positive, protective energy all around you. I didn’t want to leave!

Concetta and Ana led an incredibly warm, fulfilling, and sacred retreat. I had no expectations going into this triple goddess experience, and emerged from it deeply connected to myself and the woman I am growing into. The trusting energy of the other women on this retreat truly allowed me to open, to give, receive, and transmute what I experienced into real tangible shifts. We couldn’t have asked for a better space to hold us during this work; Mixto was a peaceful paradise with the kindest staff, the most delicious food, and beautifully designed yoga and sleeping spaces. I loved every minute of my time here, and believe that all women would benefit from this profound experience.
