Group Therapy

EMDR Intensives
A focused, accelerated path to healing. Our EMDR Intensives offer extended 2-3 hour sessions or multi-day personalized experiences designed to help you move through stuck memories, trauma patterns, and nervous system overwhelm at a deeper pace than weekly therapy allows. These intensives combine EMDR with grounding, somatic tools, and guided integration so you can process more fully and leave with a sense of clarity, regulation, and emotional relief. Somatic Experiencing
